Are the bracelets one size?

Yes. Both come in a standard length of about 19 cm, with a short extender to fit your wrist.

Can I move the charms around?

Yes, that’s the fun part. Open the clasp, thread the charms on and arrange them in any order you like. Wear them all, just your favourites, or split them between both bracelets.

How long does delivery take?

Free shipping, 7 to 14 business days from your order. We email you a tracking number when it ships. If it hasn’t arrived 30 days after your order, we refund you. Shipping policy.

Will I pay customs or VAT on delivery?

No. The price includes VAT and customs duties: you pay nothing on delivery. If a carrier asks you to pay anything, don’t pay it and email us at info@dulmio.com.

Can I return it?

Yes: 14 calendar days from delivery, no reason needed. If it arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo within 30 days and you don’t have to send it back. Returns and right of withdrawal.
