Refund policy

We want you to shop with peace of mind. Here's everything you can do if you change your mind or if something arrives wrong.

In short

  • Changed your mind? You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw, no reason needed.
  • Christmas: if you order between 1 November and 24 December 2026, you can return it until 15 January 2027.
  • Arrived damaged, faulty or not what you ordered? Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you or send a new one, and you don't have to send it back.
  • We refund you within 14 calendar days at the latest, to the same payment method.
  • Legal guarantee: 3 years if you live in Spain, 2 years if you live in France.

1. Your right of withdrawal: 14 days

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason.

  • The period starts on the day you, or a person you name (other than the carrier), receive the product.
  • If you ordered several products and they arrive in separate parcels, it starts on the day you receive the last one.
  • You can also withdraw before it arrives. If we haven't shipped it yet, we cancel the order and refund everything.

How to withdraw

Just tell us before the period ends. Choose whichever way you prefer:

  1. On our website: go to "Withdraw from contract here" (at the bottom of every page, or at dulmio.com/pages/desistimiento), fill in your details and press "Confirm withdrawal". We immediately email you a copy of what you sent us, with the date and time.
  2. By email to info@dulmio.com, with a clear sentence. For example: "I want to withdraw from my order no. …".
  3. With the model withdrawal form at the end of this page. Using it is not mandatory.

It counts as on time if you send it before your period ends.

Christmas extension

If you order between 1 November and 24 December 2026, you can withdraw until 15 January 2027, even if your 14 days have already passed. If your 14 days end after 15 January, the later date applies.

This is an extra from us: it doesn't reduce any of your legal rights. Everything else on this page (how to withdraw, how to return it, refund) works the same way. The extension (the days beyond your 14 legal days) applies to unopened products.

How to return the product

  • Send it to Micketa Horizon LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Place NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA within 14 calendar days of the day you tell us you're withdrawing.
  • You pay for the return shipping, unless the product arrived damaged, faulty or wrong (see section 2). We recommend a tracked service.
  • Put your order number inside the parcel.

What condition it must be in

You can open the product and look at it as you would in a shop. If you've used it more than needed to check it (for example, if the windows of a calendar have been opened and what's inside has been used), we may deduct that loss of value from the refund.

Your refund

  • We refund everything you paid, including shipping if you paid for it (our standard shipping is free).
  • We do it within 14 calendar days of the day you tell us you're withdrawing.
  • We use the same payment method you paid with, unless we expressly agree otherwise. The refund costs you nothing.
  • We may wait until we receive the product back, or until you send us proof that you've shipped it, whichever comes first.

2. If it arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered

  1. Email us at info@dulmio.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a photo showing the problem (if the parcel arrived broken, a photo of the parcel too).
  3. You choose: a refund or a new identical one (subject to stock).

You don't have to send anything back and it costs you nothing. If we ever needed the product back, we'd tell you first and pay for the shipping.

3. Legal guarantee

On top of all this, all our products are covered by the free legal guarantee of conformity:

  • If you live in Spain: 3 years from delivery (articles 114 et seq. of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users).
  • If you live in France: 2 years from delivery (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), plus the guarantee against hidden defects of the French Civil Code.

If a defect appears after the 30 days in section 2, still email us at info@dulmio.com. You're entitled to have it repaired or replaced and, if that isn't possible, to a price reduction or a refund.
